Upon arrival at (MEL) Melbourne Airport, you will be picked up by our airport representative and transferred to your designated hotel in CBD.

Our representative will welcome you at the arrival gate with a signboard to welcome you.

Our representative will be pick-up you from your designated hotel in Melbourne CBD and transferred to airport.

Please be ready at your designated hotel lobby 10 minutes prior the pickup time.

Upon flying into SYD airport (international or domestic), make your way to the designated pick-uppoints as per below:

International Terminal

The designated meeting point is outside the arrivals terminal at Bay 12 (opposite the Rydges Airport Hotel). Please do not wait inside the Terminal, make your way to the Meeting Point when you walk out of the terminal.

Domestic Terminal

The designated meeting point is located halfway between T2 and T3 on thecurved section of the road. The buses will collect from the lane/island closest to the building – Bays 4 to 7

1. How to catch a bus from T2 (Virgin, Jetstar & Rex):

Walk out of the terminal, once outside turn left immediately and keep to the footpath, walk to the farend of the concourse, cross at the Zebra crossing, follow the curve of the road whilst stayingbehind the white fencing. The meeting point is located between the two domestic terminals at thebend in the road.

2. How to catch a bus from T3 (Qantas & Qantas Link):

Walk out of the terminal, once outside turn right immediately and keep to the footpath, walk to thefar end of the concourse, following the curve of the road. The meeting point is located between thetwo domestic terminals at the bend in the road.

For arrival, the pick-up is an hour after the arrival time.

You will be picked up from your designated hotel in Sydney CBD Area and transferred to airport

Please be ready at hotel lobby/concierge 10 minutes prior your pick-up time.

Upon arrival at (BNE) Brisbane Airport, you will be picked up by our airport representative and transferred to your designated hotel in CBD.

Our representative will welcome you at the arrival gate with a signboard to welcome you.

One Way Airport Shuttle - Brisbane Accommodation, Brisbane Transit Centre to Brisbane Airport (BNE) 

You must be ready and waiting outside your pickup point and in view of the road for the entirety of your pick up window.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE - SEAT IN COACH

• If you have an Australian capable phone, turn it on as soon as possible.Please provide us with your number at time of booking.
• On arrival, walk directly to the Arrivals Hall.
• You will find the Exemplar Transfer Desk immediately to your left as you enter the hall.
•  Prior to collecting luggage, check in with our staff, who will offer guidance on where to meet your driver and vehicle.
• Once you retrieve your luggage from the nominated carousel proceed to your vehicle.

LATE FLIGHT

Passengers arriving from delayed flights who miss the last service out are required to make alternative travel arrangements

at their own expense – these passengers will be eligible for a refund for the unused service. If your flight has been delayed

please contact Exemplar Coaches immediately on 07 4213 3333 and you will be put you on the next available service. Clients

who choose to not wait for the next available service may not be eligible for a refund.
